An agent who lists a home for sale usually shares the agreed upon commission with the agent who brings in a buyer for the home. If you are listing your home with me we will agree upon a percentage of the sale.  If you are buying a home through me it essentially costs you nothing.  With the exception of a nominal admin fee.

I grew up on the west side of the twin cities metro area.  I went on to live throughout Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs.  Currently I found my home on the East side of the twin cities metro.  That being said, I am very comfortable and knowledgable about all areas within the twin cities.

This always depends on the current market conditions.  Although, I will get you the best possible price for your home as quickly as possible.  I will work with you on all marketing materials and twice a week update you on all potential buyers.

We would have to reassess things and possibly lower the price.  Or raise the real estate commission, you might catch the attention of real estate agents and increase buyer traffic.  You might want to consider offering buyers a homeowner’s warranty.

Once a seller has accepted your offer it takes an average of 45 days to close.  Although, this time can vary FHA and VA loans can take a few additional days, and short sales are notoriously slow, taking an average of 90 to 120 days to close.

I homeschool my four children and with that, people ask often how much time I have.  I would argue homeschooling allows me more freedom and flexibility than anyone.  That is one of the very reasons I choose to homeschool.  I can and do anything with spontaneity and absolute freedom.  Allowing me to give my clients 100 percent of my time, anytime.
